Roasted CauliLonsa
You new favorite way to eat cauliflower.
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp (or more) of Tomato Lonsa
Salt
(Optional) lemon zest and parsley to garnish
Process:
Grab a large bowl and simply toss 2 cups of cauliflower florets with a generous amount of olive oil and your favorite Tomato Lonsa (we used Spicy Garlic).
Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and pop into a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Broil for the last 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and serve!
