Lonsa Chickpeas
Lonsa Chickpeas
Got a can of chickpeas in your pantry? We got you covered!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp of your favorite Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa (we recommend Aaji’s Spicy Tomato Lonsa)
15.5 oz can of chickpeas
1/2 cup water
cilantro, chopped
Process:
Heat oil. Add onions, ginger and salt and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa and stir until Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa is incorporated.
Add chickpeas and water.
Bring dish to a simmer and turn off heat.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
