Indulge in the ultimate meatball sub experience.

Ingredients:

Your favorite Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa

6” hoagie roll

Homemade or store-bought meatballs

Sliced mozzarella cheese

Grated parmesan cheese

Chopped parsley

Process:

Split the hoagie roll lengthwise making sure not to cut all the way through.

Toast the roll cut side up until just golden.

Spread 2 tablespoons Aaji’s Lonsa across bottom half of toasted roll.

Stack 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of Aaji’s Lonsa.

Place 2-4 meatballs (depending on size) on top of mozzarella cheese.

Spread 3 tablespoons Aaji’s Lonsa across meatballs and top half of toasted roll.

Place sandwich under broiler until mozzarella has melted.

Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and enjoy!
