Naan Chips with Lonsa
These simply, crunchy baked naan chips dress up nicely with your favorite Tomato Lonsa!
Ingredients:
3-4 pieces of naan
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Aaji's Tomato Lonsa
Process:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut each naan into wedges and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush wedges with an even layer of oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
Serve with your favorite Aaji's Tomato Lonsa or two. Enjoy!
