Summer Grill Platter
Fire up the grill and your taste buds with Aaji's Lonsa
Ingredients:
Protein of choice
Vegetables of choice - zucchini, peppers, asparagus
Potatoes
Pasta salad
Aaji's Tomato Lonsa - we used Original and Spicy Garlic
Process:
Light the charcoal and fire up your proteins. Whether it's on a skewer, in a cast-iron, or straight onto the grill for those perfect grill marks, cook up your protein of choice. We used lightly seasoned shrimp skewers and chicken thighs.
Add your vegetables of choice to the grill. We used sliced zucchini, roasted red bell peppers, and sliced red onions.
Season and grill potatoes. We seasoned fingerling potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Don't worry about lacking seasoning, the Lonsa will add tons of flavor!
Plate up your grilled proteins, vegetables, and potatoes with a pre-made pasta salad. We used an orzo-spinach salad and fresh corn salad.
Serve with your favorite Aaji's Tomato Lonsa to add a burst of color and flavor to each bite!
