Whip it up the night before and pop in the oven in the morning!


1 cup milk

1 cup eggs (~4 eggs)

1 cup shredded cheese

½ cup shredded spinach leaves

1 container Aaji’s Garlic Tomato Lonsa

2 cups bread cubes (~1 inch)

1 tsp salt


Whisk eggs, milk, and Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa together.  Add salt. 

Butter a baking dish and then layer half of the bread cubes, half of the shredded spinach, and half of the cheese.  Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.

Pour the whisked egg mixture over the bread cubes and then gently press down to submerge the bread cubes in the mixture. 

Cover with foil and rest on counter for 30min, or in the fridge overnight. 

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20min, and then uncovered for 15min.
