Grilled Cheese with Lonsa Dipping Sauce
Ditch the tomato soup for Aaji's Tomato Lonsa
Ingredients:
2 slices bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 slices New School American Cheese
Aaji’s Spicy Garlic Lonsa, for dipping
Process:
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread. Place two slices of American cheese in between the non-mayonnaised slices.
Heat a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the sandwich, and cook until the underside is nicely browned. Flip, and cook the other side.
Slice in half and serve with Aaji’s Lonsa on the side, for dipping.
