Black Bean Nachos
Black Bean Nachos
We'll never say no to nachos, especially these 10-minute ones with beans and cheese!
Ingredients:
4 ounces tortilla chips
1 (15-ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
4 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
Aaji's Spicy Tomato Lonsa
Pickled onion, pickled jalapenos, or sour cream (optional)
Process:
Preheat oven to 400°F and spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
Top with black beans and cheddar cheese, and bake in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes until tortillas are warm and cheese is melted.
Top with dollops of Lonsa and any desired toppings, and enjoy!
