This warming shareable treat can be a perfect appetizer for an evening or day together.


1 bread boule

1 wheel of Brie - all rind removed

1 container Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa

Cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slice off top of bread boule.

Place Brie wheel on top of slice bread boule and cut a brie shaped circle.

Hollow out the cut circle. (Tip: cube the bread that’s been hollowed and bake alongside the Brie for more bread to dip with!)

Make 1-2inch wide cuts around the edge of bread boule, making sure not to cut all the way down.

Spread 4 Tbsp of Lonsa across bottom of hollowed boule.

Place Brie wheel, with all rind removed, into hollowed boule.

Top Brie wheel with another 4 Tbsp of Lonsa.

Spray the outside of bread with cooking spray. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 20-25min.

Once done, tear crusty pieces off of boule, dip into Lonsa Baked Brie and enjoy!
