Lonsa Fish
in parchment paper
Easy, exciting and crowd-pleasing meal
Ingredients:
1 6 oz filet of firm white fish (haddock, cod, halibut)
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup onions, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 Container AAJI'S GARLIC TOMATO LONSA (or another variety of your preference!)
1 Tablespoon capers
Fennel fronds (garnish)
12" inch square of parchment
Process:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place sliced onions and two lemon slices in the center of parchment paper.
Place filet on top. Brush with olive oil and rub with salt.
Spread AAJI’S TOMATO LONSA across top of filet.
Spoon capers over filet.
Wrap filet into a parchment paper parcel
Set parcel on baking tray and place in the oven.
Bake for 12-15min depending on thickness of the fish.
Remove the parcel and open. Garnish with fennel fronds and enjoy!
